The Maiden Book Fair Begins in Bhel Trichy and will end on April 7

On Friday, S Prabhakar, executive director of Bhel Trichy, opened the Bhel community centre's inaugural book fair. The expo, which runs until April 7, will feature over 50 stalls displaying books from various publishers. The book fair, which is now underway in Bhel's Kailasapuram township, will be open from 2pm to 9pm on weekdays and 11am to 9pm on holidays.
Special talks by prominent speakers and writers are held in the indoor auditorium in the evenings.

Prabhakar stated that the book fair will benefit township inhabitants and others from surrounding areas, particularly students. Although book fairs are held on a regular basis in Trichy, organizers stated that the book fair in the Bhel Trichy complex would save inhabitants of the township and surrounding villages time on their commute.
